Sharp pain in right testicle
He has developed pain in his right testicle. It's been 2 days. The pain occurs only when touching and applying pressure on the right testicle or when the testicle is shaken due to movement, and pain extends upto abdomen. There is no pain otherwise without touching or moving the testicle. There seems to be no swelling or obtrusions on the outside of both the testicles. What could this be? How can we treat it at home, if possible? When is it too serious and requires a hospital consultation?
