Hello, What is your body weight and height? Since your periods are irregular, you are likely to have PCOS. Consult a gynaecolgist and get yourself evaluated for PCOS and abdominal pain.

It is likely that you may have a vaginal infection that's causing the pain and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS) is likely to have caused the delay in periods. I would advise you to visit the gynecologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as ultrasound, CBC, urine routine, etc to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly. These steps may help in making the periods regular: - Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food - Exercise regularly (30-45 mins of cardio exercises everyday) - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation - Maintain a healthy body and diet (Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI) - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit If the condition persists or worsens visit the gynecologist at the earliest

Hi there, After going through your question, my opinion is that: 1) Irregular periods could be due to hormonal imbalance like PCOS. 2) Vaginal pain could be due to infection, injury or even due to ovarian torsion or urinary tract infection and stones. 3) I suggest you get a pelvic examination done if married to rule out local injuries and lesions. 4) You should get a pelvic ultrasound also done to rule out bladder, ovarian and uterine causes of pain.
