SGPT AND SGOT test are increased
I recently recovered from dengue, and my blood tests show elevated liver enzyme levels: SGPT is 358, and SGOT is 173. Could this be related to dengue, and how serious are these levels? What steps should I take to bring them back to the normal range? Are there specific dietary or lifestyle changes, or any medications, you would recommend? Also, do I need further tests to assess liver health or other potential complications?

Help manage elevated SGOT/SGPT levels with a home diet rich in antioxidants and liver-friendly foods like leafy greens, berries, nuts, and omega-3 fatty acid sources, while avoiding fatty, fried, and processed foods.
