SGOT and SGPT
My uncle recently did a test and found that his SGPT and SGOT both are quite very high, like SGOT - 153.50 and SGPT - 489.30 Can anyone tell me what sort of problem he have? I have some idea that it is related to liver but Please tell me how dangerous it is for his health? Thank you.

He appears to be suffering from some liver disease. Could you please arrange for an abdominal ultrasound and attach the full LFT report for proper evaluation?
