Slightly increased SGOT, from 8 to 23.

I was diagnosed with jaundice and hepatitis E 1.5 months ago, I recovered from the same and took a blood test 20 days ago which came normal and SGOT was 8.10 U/L, and SGPT/SGOT ratio was 0.31, I was feeling a bit less hungry from 3-4 days so I took a blood test LFT today from a different diagnostic centre in which my SGOT came 23 U/L and the ratio came 1.08. Which is a hit high from the previous blood test. I am a bit scare about this situation, what should I do next, I have no other symptoms of jaundice and also my bilirubin has dropped from the previous test, I have attached both the tests. Please suggest what should I do next, is the shift is just because of the diagnostic centre difference. Currently I am taking my pmos ayurvedic supplement and liv 52
