Sex before period date
My LMP was 22 August 2024 and my ovulation will be around 4th or 5th September 2024. I want to know how many days before my period start, I should stop having intercourse if trying to conceive.

Intercourse should be during your fertile period,ie, day 10to 20 of your periods. Alternate day will suffice

Count day 10th and day 20th from your 1st day of menstrual period. You should have sex between 10th and 20th day of your periods

In a normal cycle of 28 to 30 days ovulation happen around 9,10 th day to 20th day .
So try during that time.

U should be sexually active on alternate days between day 10 to day 20 of ur periods
Means in ur case from 1 st September to 10 th September
