Hello there,,,most probably you are suffering for heel pain,,,however just symtomatically treating it may just give you temporary relief....we need to understand the root of the problem.
First and foremost you need to reduce your weight as you are on the higher side of accepted BMI...also any pre existing medical conditions need to be taken care of.
Next Steps
it is important for you to take an Xray of your Foot so as to differenciate if it is actually a heel pain/planter fascitis or a calcaneal spur.
also blood test for CBC,sr calcium, uric acid,RA factor need to be done.
Health Tips
conventional treatment like OTC pain killers, topical Ultrasound and footwear modification along with special exercises brings relief to 80% of patients.
Regards & Take care.

Hello in my opinion Ur suffering from plantar fasciitis. Do take out one x-ray to check for calcaneal spur. Apply ice on affected area. Wear soft sole chappals in and around house. Don't stand for long hours. Take break in between. For relaxation of foot immerse it in lukewarm water at the end of the day. Do consult a Physiotherapist as u require proper stretching and other exercises.
