Severe ventriculomegaly cortical malform
I am currently 27weeks preganant had anomaly scan showing right ventriculomegaly of 13mm and now on growth scan it has increased to 21mm also on feral MRi it has shown colpocephaly with cortical malformations involving right lobe which involves basal ganglia and thalamus. Dilated cavum septum pelludium and flattening of left frontal and temporal convexity surfaces with paucity of gyri and sulci. In this case what I should do.

This is severely malformed baby. Consider termination of pregnancy MTP.
Between 24-28week POG, MTP requires a board to approve request for MTP. Then u can go ahead with MTP

You should consult your Gynaecologist regarding the need for pregnancy termination due to severe congenital malformations.
It is going to be quite a difficult task due to the Legal problems and painfully slow Judiciary in our Country. It may be better if you simultaneously consult a Gynaecologist in the Local Medical College or in the District Hospital.
