Rexidiene m forte gel - massage over the gums 2-3 times/day

Severe pain can be relieved using antibiotics and analgesics.
Please take
Augmentin 625mg twice daily for five days after food
Tablet ketorol DT thrice daily after food for five days
Make sure you are not allergic to any medication

consult your dentist at the earliest

brush well
use a mouthwash with Betadine

It would be better if you visit the dentist. Taking medications without consulting is not correct

U have to start with antibiotics along with painkillers...only then pain will cease.
