For immediate pain relief kindly take Tab ketanov DT s-o-s (dissolve in a glass of water and take )-10 tabs Rexidiene m forte gel - massage over the gums 2-3 times/day

Dear practo user Severe pain can be relieved using antibiotics and analgesics. Please take Augmentin 625mg twice daily for five days after food Tablet ketorol DT thrice daily after food for five days Make sure you are not allergic to any medication

It would be better if you visit the dentist. Taking medications without consulting is not correct

U have to start with antibiotics along with painkillers...only then pain will cease.
