  4. Severe pain in testicals. Suggest me!

Severe pain in testicals
I was just having foreplay with my girlfriend... And when I got excited a lot there started a severe pain and burning sensation in my testis and in my abdomen. I have a strong gut feeling that it's a sign of hernia... Cause after that my left side testical is bulging out slightly ... please suggest me!
