  4. Pain in testical. Little upward as well.

Pain in testical
I have a pain in my Left testical I did not hit any thing Epididymis on left testical while touching I can feel it more(outward) as compared to right testical Left testical is also hanging little upward as well.

Hello.. Position slightly changed is OK but pain needs to be evaluated as there are serious issues related to that...may be simple viral infection too...kindly consult a gen surgeon
