My wife is pregnant and from last night having severe pain in teeth. Please share medicine she can take for relief pain.

See, if she is in her first and last trimester then you can give her painkiller like paracetamol only. If she is in her second trimester then you can visit clinic also.
Ask her to try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, use mouthwash, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day.

You should consult a dentist in person and please don’t self medicate as in pregnancy you should not take medications other than prescribed by a doctor.
