Severely Pain in teeth
One teeth of her got black. That teeth is creating severe pain. Give advice for some OTC medicine for immediate relief. Also give some advice for long term relief from that

Please don't panic, avoid hot water gargle.
If you don't have any medical issues, take the following medication
Dolonex dt ( dissolve in water and have it) for immediate relief
Start with Augmentin 625 mg twice daily for 3 days , Flagyl 400 mg twice daily for 3 days along with pan 40 twice daily for 3 days ( before food).
Visit a dentist by tomorrow morning have your IOPA xray done and proceed with the treatment .
