Severe pain in my ankle joints with swel
There has been swelling and pain in ankle joints of both my legs. First, there was pain in my joints and then swelling started there. I have been suffering for past 1 year but now it has scaled to severe level and now i am not able to stand or walk for more than 15 - 20 mins.

You must take rest and not walk or exercise.you must visit an orthopedic surgeon to know the exact cause of the swelling and pain.till then u can use the hot packs to reduce the pain.
