Severe Nipple pain

Asked for Female, 45 Years

I have a sever pain in my right nipple. It happens more so when I move fast. It does not matter if I am wearing a bra or not. I can touch it is not sore or sensitive. The pain stops me in my tracks and sometime I doubled over in pain. I am not menstruating, I have not changed detergents or bras. I do not wear tight fitted clothing. The pain I am feeling is that the nipple is sliced open and the it is peeling back then after the pain I get a quick burning sensation. Its not in the breast @ all
