Severe Neck pain
I have very bad neck pain, not able to move my neck to any of the sides properly, bending down is very painful. There is stiffness in my neck. My shoulder also have pain.

Try taking otc pain medication and use hot packs. Don't sleep on a hard surface,  use a normal pillow. (not too thick or thin) If the pain doesn't subside please consult nearby orthopaedic doctor
