The neck pain and the arm pain can be compression of the nerves in the neck also called Cervical radiculopathy. The generalised pains can be due to other reasons. An MRI scan of your neck will identify any problems with your neck. Please see a Spinal Surgeon for this. For the generalised body and bone pains you may need to see a Physician.
