Severe Neck pain and Stiffness
I am experiencing severe Neck pain and stiffness on one side that radiating to left hand shoulder and fingers and left part of face. Kindly give your suggestions..can't bear the pain and since I am having H.pylori infection I couldn't take pain killers also..It triggers the stomach pain.

Get mri done.. so that proper diagnosis will help you in avoiding pain medicine

Use heating pads Tab. Myoril twice daily And use neck collar for support Physiotherapy
