Severe pain from neck to head backside very uncomfortable any medication for relief, I am putting neck brace in the evening to feel better but now have problem while sleeping also, do I need a Dr or go for physiotherapy.

Neck pain with headache can be quite difficult to treat if not managed properly. Neck brace for long time can only worsen the condition. Avoid self medicating except may be Crocin but which may not give any good relief.
