I'm getting severe muscle pain in my hands and legs only during nights. This has happened for the past 2 days now. I haven't been able to sleep because of the pain. Also, I feel tired in the morning. Started swimming for past couple of weeks but didn't have any problem when I started.

Swimming is best exercise. U should do daily atleast 30 minuts. Bt u should do stretching and strengthening exercises also.. evening u should take hot water bath... tc
