Severe joint Pain
I have sondylo arthritis with hla b 27 positive.i have sharp pain and stiffness in both knees,hip joint,back side of heel. Pain get worse during morning and evening.aslo my crp and esr are high. What should i do,to reduce pain???

Please dont ignore hla b 27 positive status, u need long term therapy to control the ongoing inflammation with medication s, Please consult a rhumetologist
