I am having severe heel pain specially when i wake up in the morning n if i sit on the bed i just cant land on the floor bare feet. I started morning walk but in the afternoon i feel very pain in the heel

It looks like you have a condition called "Plantar fascitis". This is due to tightness of the tissue in your foot. You will have to do some stretching exercises to reduce the tightness. Also try taking simple painkillers and use hot water bath to the foot to help with the pain. The pain will gradually get better.
