The symptoms may be of generalised anxiety disorder. Or health related anxiety in which your mind makes you believe that you are having some illness. This belief can be due to many reasons, e.g., due to repeatedly listening to such news related to health who are young mind starts to doubt whether even you have the same or not. This is not conscious but it causes dysfunction and problem in day to day life. And because it is not conscious it is more difficult to get out of this thinking process. And it starts to create worries and anxiety. It is very difficult to fight against your own mind and get over it without any help. Hence please consider taking help of a psychiatrist or psychologist
