Severe Headache mostly in morning
I am suffering from headache since 5 days .
Whenever I wake up ,I feel my head heavy .I took nise tablet but its not working so much.
Please suggest medicine .and what could be the reason .its happens many times .sometime I feel that I am about to faint.
