Severe headache

Since morning I'm having severe headache it's like whenever I'm moving my head hurts(it's like moving my head) and when I'm eating then also my head hurts...can I take nimesulide tablets as I'm breastfeeding to 7 months old baby

Do not take nimesulide. It is a banned drug. Take tablet Paracetamol. It is safer for you as well as for the baby.
