She often has thoughts of dying, sometimes more than 40–50 times a day. There’s a heavy feeling inside her heart that she can’t express. She feels like crying often. When she overthinks, she experiences headaches and high BP. Since yesterday, there has been pain on the left side near her ear. She doesn’t like talking to anyone, but at the same time, she feels the need to talk—yet she doesn’t know what to talk about. She wants to say something, but the words don’t come out. She feels suffocated and hopeless. She wants to sleep, but sleep doesn’t come easily. She experiences dizziness, sudden blackouts, and forgetfulness. She often loses her temper. All these symptoms have been happening frequently.

Thank you for courageously sharing your struggles. The intensity and frequency of your distress, including persistent suicidal thoughts, hopelessness, sleep issues, and physical symptoms like headaches and dizziness, point toward a serious depressive episode possibly with features of a mood or personality disorder.
Next Steps
1. Please seek urgent psychiatric evaluation- either through a hospital emergency department or mental health crisis helpline in your area.
2. Consider asking for a comprehensive diagnostic workup including evaluation for depression, anxiety, and personality patterns.
Health Tips
1. Starting therapy (preferably with someone trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy or CBT) can help process overwhelming emotions.
2. Keep a daily journal of your thoughts, sleep, and physical symptoms—it helps your psychiatrist track patterns and choose the right treatment.
3. Avoid self-isolation, even if it feels easier.
