I'm going through a emotional distress in life, which has impacted my daily routine badly. Because of the emotional pain I have lost my appetite and when the trauma hits I feel like there is lump in throat and I don't even get sound sleep. Body is tired but mind is not at rest. I'm not in depression but the issue has got me in the state of tension. What should I do?
