Severe ear pain. Very much upset

Hiii... My daughter is 4.5 years old... Last four days she suffered from cough.. Yesterday suddenly at night she complain about severe  pain in ear also got fever at night... Today again when she complain about ear pain.. Then fever comes... We gave ibugesic plus syrup by doctor suggestion... After taking ibugesic she got relief.. But after some hours she again complain about pain in ear... Doctor also gave cough syrup.. But her cough not go away.. One more thing we also changed doctor.. Because when we used to go the old doctor for her daughter he used to give antibiotic everytime for cough... No doubt my daughter got better... But everyone told us antibiotic is not good... So we go for another doctor he not gave any antibiotic he gave jufexforte and told us watched her daughter for three days... But still cough have... Plz doctor suggested what we do... Can we go with antibiotic... Plz I'm very much upset 😢😢😢😢...
