Severe depression post a narcissist
I cannot seem to get out of the break up I had with my girlfriend. She was my first. All signs point to her being a narcissist, everything that she did during these four years, every day, every night, I am sinking more and more into a state of numbness. I did every thing for her, everything imaginable. I am now in a state of self doubt, rage, sadness, constant bouts of severe depression. I am neither able to forgive myself for being the fool nor being able to forgive her for the absolute fake person she was for four years. I need help please !! I want to get out of this

Hi sir Definitely you are very upset on your past behaviour. The signs of adjustment disorder depression type is evident from your history. It's highly manageable. You need active therapy with regular yoga and exercise. After discussion with you, if needed we may start a short course antidepressants for management of current symptoms. Definitely you will get out of this.
Next Steps
Until consultation start yoga and exercise non stop 30 min per day ...see the magic of that.
