Hi , good evening,
Post partum is a vast spectrum ...it could be from just feeling low.. tired....not being able to take care of the baby, sleeplessness, feeling lost, having doubts, being suspicious, angry, distrustful, to a sense of loss, rejection.
It could present different in different women.
A detailed evaluation with a specialist will give more clarity.
