I am 43 years old female and for last 10 days I have been suffering from back pain. Left should to upper back is severely paining. Pain killer popped but momentary relief. Been doing mild exercises but not much of relief.

Check if you are sitting and standing in a proper posture. Avoid having cough,constipation and stress. If you travel a lot,be careful because with continuous pressure,the back hurts.

U r 43,after d age 35 onwards each person must need calcium supplement for overall health of bones.As said by u there is pain from left side of back up to shoulder,3 things have close relationship with it 1) Health of spinal chord.2) Muscular spasm of back muscles 3) Any chest infection.

Hello mam , being 43 you need to check on your daily routine. With no other obvious health issuses,regular stretching exercises with a walk for half an hour daily. Would be advisable.
