Severe back ache
A friend of mine has been having a severe back pain for almost an year and half now. When he had initially consulted the doctor he was told he has vitamin d deficiency.he took tablets for the same for about a month. Pain reduced but didn't stop completely. Recently he did an MRI as well..No issues were seen. He went through one week physiotherapy, pain reduced for a while and became the usual pain later. He goes through  bad pain everyday during driving, while trying to sleep, while waking up..Pain starts from his lower back and go down till his legs.he is working in a MNC and has night shifts Which seem to be aggravating the issue. Kindly suggest.

Get thoroughly examined by a senior ortho or neuro physiotherapist, there is a wide spectrum of problems associated with back pain, just undergoing physiotherapy for a week is not the solution, consult a good experienced ortho or neuro physiotherapist near you for a complete back assessment, that will surely help you sir
