Severe ankle & leg pain
Am suffering from severe ankle and leg pain with swelling in the left leg and ankle. Pinching pain in the left leg ankle. Currently on some anti inflammatory and pain killers ( nucoxia, dolenex etc) and some hot water fomentation. No releif since last 1 year. Did rheumatoid blood test - came negative. Did venous Doppler for varicose veins - came negative.
Doctor's think it's related to muscles but no certain root cause diagnosed so far.
Please advise and help.

I think once you do contrast bath, one minute in cold water and 1 minute hot water for 10 times twice a day, its 100% helps you
