Sever cough
I had covid symptoms last month but I recovered . But from past 3 weeks I got sever cough and flem coming out . I've been taking renorest and bresol syrup , and also steaming I drink kashayam every day but still I'm coughing. Pls suggest me what should I do to recover .

Tab Azithromycin 500(1-0-0) before food 5days. Tab pan-D 40 (1-0-1) before food 5days. Syr Ambrolite-S (5ml-5ml-5ml) 10days. Tab deriphylline retard (1-1-1) 5days. Nebulization 4-5 times a day.

Go for digital Xray chest, CBC,ESR, Widal Test , till that you can start T. Oncet 3 D 1 daily x 5 days  ,consult
