Sever constipation to my three year kid.

My three years kid didn't pass stool since two days.i gave him medicine but still he didn't..am bit worried..he fever to pass the stool..plz help how can I help him..to make it every day habit.he face dis constipation problem very frequently every other day...plz help

Give just 2 milk feeds and 3-4 solid meals,which essentially must include high fiber item,e.g cornflakes,dalia,green leafy vegetables etc,he will be OK in weeks time.
