4 years kid teeth pain
Hi I have 4 years kid , she suffered from high fever yesterday and day before , but now she is ok but the problem is she is not eating food as she got teeth pain near left side jaws , I've seen blood coming out during brushing her teeth . So not even icecream, she is not eating anything, what should I do

Based on the history you have provided, it would be advisable to have your child’s mouth examined for any mouth ulcers, as these can cause pain and make eating difficult since she recently had a viral infection. Or even if it’s a dental pain it would be better to get her checked.
You may give Ibugesic syrup 5 mL once to help relieve pain, which may make it easier for her to eat and drink. Encourage plenty of fluids and offer soft, cool foods.

You should get your child examined be dentist. Bleeding from gums is not normal, she might have infection there or it can due to trauma while brushing. As of now you can give Ibugesic syrup and consult dentist as soon as possible.

Aapke bachhe ke symptoms, jaise ki high fever ke baad gums se bleeding aur teeth pain ke karan khana na kha pana, Gingivostomatitis, Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease, ya kisi Dental Abscess (daant mein infection) ki nishani ho sakte hain. Sabse pehle, dehydration se bachne ke liye thoda-thoda paani ya ORS pilate rahein. Koshish karein ki bachha naram aur thanda khana khaye jo chabane mein asaan ho. Kyunki gums se khoon aa raha hai aur bacha kuch bhi nahi kha pa raha, isliye bina deri kiye kisi Pediatrician ya Pediatric Dentist ko dikhayein taaki sahi diagnosis aur treatment ho sake.

It could be due to a gum infection, a cavity, or mouth ulcers after the recent fever. Please check if there are any ulcers or swelling inside the mouth. Ensure she drinks plenty of fluids and offer soft, cool foods. You can give paracetamol for pain as per her weight. Since she is refusing to eat and her gums are bleeding, I recommend that she be examined by a pediatrician or pediatric dentist today to identify the exact cause and start appropriate treatment. If she is unable to drink fluids, has facial swelling, or develops fever again, seek medical care immediately.
