I had a test done and found serum prolactin as 48 ng/ml. I have a normal cycle. We are trying to concieve. What does this mean? Should I be worried about?

yes high serum prolactin levels does interfere with conception. These levels need to be controlled so you should consult gyne for medication. Also get ultrasound pelvis done and thyroid profile done.
