Hydrosalpinx and blocked fallopian tube means that it is end stage of the disease process. The tubes are damaged beyond redemption. So please discuss with your doctor if the tube (Hydrosalpinx) should be removed.

Yes it is anti-inflammatory medicine,I also suggest you inj IM Placentrex and inj Monocef 1 gm iv for 10 days
