For the past 4 years, I have been having panic attacks at least 3 times a week. They cause me to have sharp chest pain, stomach pain, and back pain. They make me dizzy and my heart beat extremely fast. I also am not able to talk to a stranger, present in class, go places alone or order my food without crying. I also get nervous about heights and spiders and constantly think that something could happen and I would die. I want to know if there is anything I can do to make it stop?

U must consult a psychiatrist for medical help as panic attack is an emergency. U also consult a psychologist or counsellor for counselling sessions to deal with ur anxiety, over mental stress and panic.
It is very much necessary to fo it now.
