Hi.
Bleeding after a septoplasty is not a very common complication, however it can happen sometimes. It could be either due to an infection or blood getting collected between the layers of the septum. If the bleeding is severe, it may require admission and further treatment. Depending on how much bleeding is happening, treatment will vary.
