Sentinel pile
Sentinel pile. Its been 2 months, i had an anal fissure.How do i reduce the size of the sentinel pile? I am using lidocaine ointment.

First you should not have constipation so drink more water take fibre rich diet means vegetables and fruits more do regular exercises avoid sedentary life style,do twice daily sitz baths

Plenty of oral liquids High Fibre diet Adequate exercise Use lignocaine jelly . Use copper jug fr drinking water
