Sentinel pile bleeding
I had an anal fissure that had healed 3 weeks ago and left a sentinel pile that still continued to pain, upon examination by a surgeon I was told that it was inflamed and the pain would subside, but off late it has started bleeding as well, can anyone please tell me where has anything gone wrong?
