Hello plz mention in which area of mouth( front teeth or back teeth) and when is it most sensitive? Sensitive teeth are typically the result of worn tooth enamel or exposed tooth roots. Sometimes, however, tooth discomfort is caused by other factors, such as a cavity, a cracked or chipped tooth, a worn filling, or gum disease..
Next Steps
check for any tooth worn filling or cracked tooth and that can be confirmed by taking an x-ray ( opg)
