Sensitivity in tooth
Sensitivity in the upper tooth i.e. teeth 28, got x-ray done today. which is being attached here. The lower tooth. i. e teeth 37 is advised root canal. xray of that is also being attached.

Filling or extraction for the upper tooth. If lower wisdom tooth is absent then extract the upper one. Lower X-ray is not attached

Hello, The x-ray of the upper tooth is visible here.(lower x-ray is not visible) .The upper x- ray shows OBVIOUS DECAY on the front side ( mesial side ) of the wisdom tooth, which should be causing the sensitivity. Dr Jose Emmanuel Cosmetic Dentist/Implantologist Ernakulam.

The X-ray is not clear enough to show precise details. But it appears to be lightly tilted - technically came out in different direction than it should be. Mild sensitivity may need just some filling and if it cannot be filled comfortably as last teeth might be difficult to access, you can consider it for removal. The X-ray for 37 is not attached.
