Sometimes gums bleeding, yellow teeth, lower incisior teeth seems to be increasing & sensitivity in teeth & gums.

You are having mild-to-moderate gum infection which is increasing as you mentioned the sensitivity is increasing. You might be requiring cleaning of your whole mouth by a dentist and thereafter maintaining oral hygiene as per dentist instructions
