My teeth on front upper jaw have become too sensitive after I started taking lemon water daily since past one year. Also, despite regular brushing I have yellow layer o my teeth and the tongue also has a white coat on it every morning. Please suggest some toothpaste and remedy for making the tongue pink and healthy.

Hello, the outer surface known as enamel of the tooth protects the small nerve endings present beneath it . By taking too much citrus fruits it can cause erosion of the upper layer leads to sensitivity and the inner layer yellow color becomes visible. So take the fruits under the normal limit and also do not brush very hard because it can also cause the same . For tongue cleaning you can use the tounge scraper .
