Your baby needs  around 100ml of semisolid feed 4-5 times a day and about 150-200ml milk in a day.Diversity of food should be maintained and iron supplements can be given after consulting pediatrician.normal water can be given in sips and atleast 20-30 min gap should be maintained between water and feeds.
Health Tips
don't overfeed in one meal.give small meals 4-& times a day.

Food and water is given by the need of child. Patents do not decide amount.  One can only offer. Amount, speed, thickness of food has to be learned with time.

Start with Half a katori and gradually increase the quantity as per child's intake capacity. It's not fixed and could vary as per the baby's likes and requirements. You can give 2-3 liquid or semi solid meals per day. Rest should be milk (either breastmilk or formula) Water should be 80-100 ml per day. If you have RO purifier there's no need to boil the water. If you have UV purifier or tap water, it should be boiled
