Solid starts
I am a mother of a 4 month old baby. Few people keep on saying to start solids. I believe in starting at 6 months. Please tell me what is the correct age to start solids.

If your breast milk is sufficient, you should start other complementary feeds at 6 months of age. It is very important for the immunity of the baby and digestion. Solid food should only be started at 6 months
