Having pain in legs,lower abdomen, testicle. Urge of urine and sensation.. seems leakage of semens. Please advise.

Get your urine routine and culture report done at nearest lab till then take lot of water and less spicy items It may be urinary tract infection or any kidney related problem like stones in the kidney or higher creatinine level.
