I am on nexito 10mg and inderal LA 40mg.My main concern is excessive self taking by creating imaginary scenerios.I have tried writing it on paper and other techniques.But nothing much effective.So someone please tell the best way to get rid of it or to even control it

Don’t try to suppress it; instead, label it (“this is just a thought”) and gently return to the present through deep breathing, grounding, or mindful activity. Practising CBT techniques and regular therapy helps reduce these loops over time.
