Hi Excessive self-talk and imaginary scenarios come from anxiety and unmet emotional needs your brain’s way of gaining control or comfort. Don’t try to suppress it; instead, label it (“this is just a thought”) and gently return to the present through deep breathing, grounding, or mindful activity. Practising CBT techniques and regular therapy helps reduce these loops over time. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
